The Founders

Lina Baccarella

With over 30 years of experience in senior leadership positions, Lina has expertise in managing and building high performing teams. Over the years, Lina has added to her expertise by becoming a certified coach and provides Professional Coaching to a wide array of clientele seeking to create new and exciting opportunities for themselves. Lina is also a certified CDP (Conflict Dynamic Profile) Practitioner and True Colours™ facilitator. Lina is a solution focused thinker, with a strong focus on effective conflict management and building highly productive teams led by inspired leaders.

Cheryl Farrugia

With over three decades of experience in the public sector, Cheryl has demonstrated her commitment to serving others. She has held senior leadership roles, notable as a former Executive Director. Cheryl’s extensive training experience encompasses a master’s level certificate in Adult Training and Development from Schulich School of Business, along with a master’s level certificate in Public Management and Public Sector Leadership from Rotman’s Executive Education.

Cheryl is a skilled facilitator in True Colours, certified Performance coach as well as a Health and Wellness coach. She is characterized by her visionary leadership approach, and her role is fueled by a strong belief in the innate potential and abilities of every individual.
