I found the training I received to be very beneficial, I learned skills to deal with the people I support and my peers. There were a number of times that I took away a bit of information that I used in my work life and personal. One of things that stuck out was dealing with the uncomfortable situations asap, and if there are two, deal with the bigger one first and then the smaller one. According to Lina if you must eat a frog, eat it first thing in the morning and then it's dealt with. If you have eat two frogs eat the biggest one first. By doing our colours and understanding the meaning it made me look at how different people work different ways and one isn’t right or wrong it's just different. It was a great mix of different organizations and people of different job roles so it allowed us to see other people perspective and ideas in a neutral setting
