Meet

The Founders

Lina Baccarella

Over 30 years of experience in senior leadership positions. Lina brings extensive knowledge of managing teams in fast paced environments, developing high performing teams and solution focused thinking. Lina has a solid reputation built on professionalism, leadership knowledge and innovation. Throughout her career she has worked to build resilient reams, successfully shifting organizational cultures. Lina is a certified Performance Coach as well as instructor for True Colours and trained in facilitating virtual meetings and virtual team coaching.

Cheryl Farrugia

Cheryl has been working in the public sector for more than 30 years. Cheryl senior leadership positions include former Executive Director. Cheryl’s training includes a master’s level certificate in Adult Training and Development (Schulich School of Business), a master’s Level Certificate in Public Management (Schulich School of Business) and Public Sector Leadership (Rotman’s Executive Education). Cheryl is also a trained facilitator in True Colors and a Performance Coach. Cheryl is a visionary leader and a trusted advisor who believes in the potential and power of people.
